Animal Cruelty

I like animals. It cannot be believed that the animal cruelty. The animal has the life just like man. It is a crime that uses animal's life because of play. Neither violence nor food might be supplied. I think that the owner is too irresponsible. The owner wants you to look after to the last minute. Hereafter, I want the owner to keep the animal taking the responsibility so that the cruelty may decrease.
